Family Solution Center: 7817 Lankershim Blvd, North Hollywood
8:00 am – 6:00 pm (lunch from 12:00-1:00)
Individual Solution Center: 7843 Lankershim Blvd, North Hollywood
8:00 am– 4:00 pm (lunch from 12:00-1:00)

Homeless Connect Days
Homeless Connect Days serve as a resource fair and connection hub for participants looking to engage with housing and homeless support services. We have service providers attend from a variety of focuses ranging from mental health support to identification card provision. We serve a lunch and breakfast at every event and send participants home with services and resources geared toward assisting them along their journey to permanent supportive housing.
