Winter Wonderland Sponsorship Opportunities

Give Goods
Thanksgiving Meal Bags
Help bring the gift of tradition to a family in need by donating a reusable shopping bag filled with Thanksgiving food items, along with a $20-25 gift card for a turkey.

Winter Items
The following items are incredibly helpful to have on hand for unhoused individuals as the weather changes and temperatures begin to drop:
Jackets and gloves
Emergency and regular blankets
Umbrellas and ponchos
Microwaveable soups
Tarps and tents
Accepting through February 2026
Toys
We want to help all our families have a cheerful holiday season, and your donation of toys will help make that happen! We particularly need toys for teenagers, such as:
Sports equipment
Board Games
Science/Arts
Headphones/Music Items

Gift Cards
Donating Target and Walmart gift cards in $25 increments gives families and single adults the autonomy to celebrate the holidays with their own favorite traditions.
The power of providing a gift card goes a long way to saying, "We see you," and supports us in spreading joy to the wide variety of people we serve.

Drop-Off Information
We are now accepting Donations via in-person drop-off at our brand new fulfillment center, fondly nicknamed "Snoopy", located across the street from our main Irmas Family Campus.

Volunteer
Serve Thanksgiving Meals
Help make this Thanksgiving special by donating and/or volunteering to serve special meals to individuals at our interim housing sites and inside safe motels as they transition into stable housing. (Various Dates)
Available dates to serve Thanksgiving or holiday meals will be added soon.

Volunteer at Holiday Gatherings
Build community this Holiday season by volunteering to support various activities like tree trimming, serving food, or playing games at holiday gatherings for our Permanent Supportive Housing residents.

Winter Wonderland Dec. 7
Winter Wonderland is an annual LAFH tradition to spread cheer to families. Every year, hundreds of volunteers come together to bring a magical event filled with toys, games, special holiday treats, and activities to over 300 families.
Winter Wonderland will take place on Sunday, December 7, in Valley Village. Join in the fun by signing up for a volunteer shift below!
