Our pipeline of new real estate development will create supportive homes in the coming years for vulnerable groups including transition age youth, veterans and their families, and single women experiencing homelessness.

Summit View Apartments will be a three-story building that includes residential units, a podium parking structure, a boardwalk that will overlook the Hansen Dam, a community room and kitchen that will be adaptable for educational workshops, group meetings, tenant celebrations, and volunteer engagement opportunities. It is anticipated to open in 2020.

50 units for transition-age youth and homeless families
The Residences on Main is a four-story, 50 unit 100% affordable supportive housing development set-aside for homeless individuals and their families with 50% of the units set-aside for Transition-Age Youth. This Project will have a 1,000 square foot community room and offices for case management and supportive services. The Project has developed a partnership with the Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune Middle School for programming and support for an on-site community garden that be used to plant and grow fresh fruits and vegetables in the community garden located on-site. Residences on Main is anticipated to open in 2020.
