Families like Eduardo and LaSandra’s rely on us every day…

and we depend on YOU to sustain and strengthen our services.

LA Family Housing Carried us through one of the hardest times we’ve had as a family.

Shortly after the birth of Eduardo and LaSandra’s little girl, a car accident forced Eduardo to leave his job. While he recovered from his injuries, LaSandra cared for their newborn child, Kristina. With very little savings and no income, it wasn’t long before the family began to live in their car. Then a friend connected them to LA Family Housing.

LA Family Housing provided a temporary place to stay, food, and hygiene bags to make their search successful. Supported by their case manager, Eduardo and LaSandra worked diligently to find an affordable apartment. Eventually, their hard work paid off – a landlord agreed to work with LA Family Housing and rent an apartment to the family.

Now, life is stable again. LaSandra is completing school, Eduardo has full-time employment, and Kristina has a safe place to sleep at night.
